Media event for Deutsche Welthungerhilfe

Hamburg, Jan 11th, 2011. Marking the first anniversary of Haiti's disastrous earthquake on Jan 10th 2010, the German relief organization "Deutsche Welthungerhilfe" planned a media event to emphasize the significance of long-term sustainable support. ZELFMADE assisted this important event by locating a venue, providing detailed conceptual planning and communication with the authorities.

Hamburg, Nov 5th, 2010. As part of the German conference of interior ministers, a new system for monitoring transport chains in a continuously growing global trade was presented to select state secretaries and councils of the interior. On behalf of EUROGATE, Europe's leading container-terminal and logistics group, ZELFMADE carried out the presentation of the innovative concept in Hamburg's harbour.

Hamburg, Sept 27th, 2010. As part of a large-scale employee event at the company's headquarters, Lidl International employed the consulting services of ZELFMADE for the first time.

Team spirit in Cologne + Düsseldorf

Hamburg, Aug 13th, 2010. For the fourth time now, Lidl's best trainees were invited to demonstrate their skills as part of the national training project "SUPERAZUBI ON TOUR". Close to 600 trainees independently managed 36 branches in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area, worked in administrative units or central warehouses, and displayed their social conscience by supporting local foodbanks.

Once again, ZELFMADE´s event planning demonstrated its wide range of services, covering the sophisticated participant management, complex event formats, as well as content- and film production.

A climate-neutral company

Hamburg, May 17th, 2010. With effect from Jan 1st 2009 ZELFMADE retroactively became Germany's first event planning firm to be certified as "climate-neutral" by myclimate Deutschland gGmbH. All greenhouse emissions created by the company were compensated for by way of investing in myclimate projects.

Hamburg, 11.05.2010. Im Rahmen des grössten Hafenfestes der Welt verantwortete die Eventagentur ZELFMADE erneut den Kernbereich um die Hamburger Landungsbrücken für die Behörde für Wirtschaft und Arbeit der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg.
Neben maritimen Highlights wie dem Solar-Katamaran „PlanetSolar“ oder TUI Cruises „Rock-Liner“ war die Hauptbühne am Alten Elbtunnel der kulturelle Höhepunkt Hamburgs wichtigstem Public Events. Erstmalig übertrug unser Medienpartner ENERGY Hamburg komplette Konzerte von Selig, Stanfour oder Samy Deluxe live on air und ins Internet und stellte die Kompetenz Europas verbreitetster Radiomarke in unterschiedlichen Kanälen eindrucksvoll unter Beweis.

Hamburg, May 11th, 2010. Once again, and on behalf of the Council of Economy and Labour, ZELFMADE Live Events was in charge of the core area around the landing stages at "the world's largest harbour party".

Besides such maritime attractions as the solar-powered catamaran "PlanetSolar" or TUI Cruises' "Rock-Liner", our main stage at the old Elbe tunnel was considered the highlight of Hamburg's most important public event. For the first time, our media partner Energy Hamburg ran live broadcasts of Selig, Stanfour and Samy Deluxe on air and via the internet, thereby demonstrating their competence as Europe's most distributed radio brand.

For the fourth time now, Neckarsulm-based retailing enterprise Lidl carries out the training programme "SUPERAZUBI ON TOUR". 2010 renews ZELFMADE's role as Lidl's central partner for this project, which in view of its scale, is one of a kind. Some 550 trainees will get an early chance to display their sense of responsibility whilst participating in a number of events and activities spread across the Cologne/Düsseldorf area.
